Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JoyRank cloud SEO platform and associated services (“Service”) provided by Joy Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”), based in Remote / Digital.

By creating an account or otherwise using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JoyRank platform for the number of websites permitted by your subscription plan.

This licence is for your internal business or personal use only. You may not sublicence, resell, or distribute access to the platform without our prior written consent.

3. Subscription Terms and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-monthly, or annually).
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
• Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Scrape or extract data from our Service using automated means beyond normal platform operation.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Service's integrity or performance.
• Use the Service on more websites than your plan permits.

5. Intellectual Property

The JoyRank platform, including all code, designs, algorithms, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of Joy Digital Solutions. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of all content and data from your websites that is processed through JoyRank.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the JoyRank dashboard and API services. However, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for any loss of search rankings, traffic, or revenue resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
